Secure Web sites
All of our Web sites that collect identity sensitive data (such as credit card information) are protected by SSL encryption. (Security Certifcates issued from only certified authorities.)
Office Procedures
When we collect signed contracts from our clients via fax, we always enter the data into our electronic system (that is firewalled) and then sever and shred the part of the form that contained the credit card.
The resulting shedded documents are recycled.
We NEVER send sensitive data or request the same via email.
